Did you know that each year Disney celebrates Dole Whip Day?

Yes, June 20th, 2023 was Dole Whip Day, and Disney celebrated by introducing some new Dole Whip snacks for a limited time, as well as listing all the Dole Whip snacks available around the property. Now we know how to make one of those snacks at home!

One snack we got to try was the Dole Whip Pineapple Cupcake from Disney’s Contemporary Resort. We’ve seen this snack before and it is a major hit at Contempo Cafe!

If you wanna try this at home, here’s how you can make it in your own kitchen! This recipe makes 12 cupcakes. These are pineapple mousse-filled cupcakes topped with pineapple buttercream and garnished with cherries.
