We usually wait for our passengers by the airport information desks or as close as possible. The following details will be required from you.

Passenger Name, Number of passengers, Luggage details, Flight No, Origin of flight, Arrival time and date, Destination for drop off, Contact mobile phone no, Credit card deposit details.

SHOULD YOU HAVE TO CANCEL YOUR BOOKING WE REQUIRE AT LEAST 2 HOURS NOTICE IN ADDITION TO THE TRANSFER TIMES SHOWN ABOVE IN ORDER TO REFUND DEPOSITS.
